The Event

The event is run by Cork Athletics. The Echo is the title sponsor of the event.

Please note – all proceeds go to Cork Athletics to assist with the development of athletics in the Cork region. Refunds are not available

Registration Fees 2019

Adult Entry Fee – €16 per entry 

Junior Entry Fee – €10 per entry

Junior Entry is for Ages 8-16 only

Junior Participants

All Junior Participants (Age 8-16), must be registered with and accompanied by an Adult to participate. Minimum of one child with one adult to a maximum of 3 children with one adult

Race Number

NO RACE NUMBER = NO ENTRY TO THE RACE START AREA & NO MEDAL

Specially designed event medal on Race Day for all registered participants.

You Must Register

All participants are required to officially register to take part in The Echo Women’s Mini Marathon.

Entrants take part at their own risk and the organisers will not be responsible for any loss or injury sustained

Are you running on behalf of a charity or cause?

You must first register with the Mini Marathon to receive your Race Number. You can then sign-up to run with your charity of choice – lots of charities will send out fundraising packs & t-shirts.

We regret, for Health & Safety reasons:

• Buggies/prams are not permitted in the race
• No roller blades allowed
• No dogs in the race (except Guide/Assistance Dogs)
• Children under 8 years of age will not be allowed to participate
• Please note the use of earphones during the race are not recommended
